Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Technical Sales position located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Technical Sales Intern will be responsible for assisting the sales team in client interactions, supporting technical inquiries, delivering excellent customer service, and contributing to the development of sales strategies. The role involves hands-on learning about electronic components and solutions while assisting in meeting sales and technical support goals. The intern will also aid in relationship-building with prospective and existing clients.

Job Description:

1. Technical Consulting and Customer Care

  • Receive and analyze customers technical requirements.
  • Present and explain product specifications and features.
  • Address technical inquiries quickly and accurately.
  • Monitor customer status and update feedback information.

2. Customer Development and Sales Promotion

  • Proactively seek out potential customers and build client relationships.
  • Schedule meetings, deliver presentations, and negotiate with customers.
  • Prepare and send quotations as requested.
  • Support the preparation of sales documents and contracts.

3. Internal Coordination and Reporting

  • Communicate with the technical team to handle complex requests.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to resolve technical issues.
  • Track the progress of complaint resolution and provide customer feedback.
  • Submit periodic reports as required by management.
Requirements:
  • Graduated or final-year students majoring in Engineering: Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, with a passion for Sales.
  • No prior experience required.
  • Experience in Technical Sales or related roles in the electronics components industry is a plus.
  • Knowledgeable in electronic components, circuit boards, and related technical solutions.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Capable of analyzing and resolving technical problems efficiently.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Basic English reading skills for technical documents.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible
  • Ambitious, eager to learn, and open to new challenges.
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to work under pressure.
