Technical Procurement (Technical, Pharma, Chemical, FMCG, Food)

DC & PMAC is a leading company providing comprehensive solutions for the jewelry, precious metals, and industrial manufacturing sectors such as semiconductors and electronic components. We have extensive expertise in electroplating technology, machinery, equipment, materials, and chemicals in the Indochina region.

We are seeking for a Technical Procurement with the below information:

A. JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Procurement Vendor Management (35%)

Source, evaluate and develop local and international suppliers.

Negotiate, prepare and manage the execution of international and domestic purchasing contracts.

Manage, classify and evaluate supplier performance based on cost, quality and delivery criteria.

Monitor and control purchasing price history; analyze and forecast market price fluctuations.

Work with related service partners including logistics, transportation and insurance providers.

2. Order Management (35%)

International Purchasing

Work with overseas suppliers and logistics/insurance partners.

Coordinate with internal departments to place and confirm purchase orders;

prepare and handle international trade documents, insurance and shipping documents.

Domestic Purchasing

Work with local suppliers and logistics/insurance partners.

Place, monitor and confirm domestic purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.

3. Supply Chain Customer Experience Sales Order Management (20%)

Receive, communicate and confirm sales orders from strategic customers.

Coordinate internally and work with the Sales Department to:

o Issue quotations

o Provide information on quantity, pricing, delivery schedules and delivery documents

Monitor and manage sales contracts for strategic customers.

4. Customer Relationship (10%)

Receive customer requests related to supplier evaluation.

Coordinate with internal departments to prepare and complete required documentation as requested by customers.

5. Other Tasks

Perform other duties as assigned by the Direct Manager.

B. JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, International Business or related fields.

Minimum 2 years of experience in international purchasing; experience working with logistics and insurance partners is required. Candidates are required to have experience purchasing complex goods such as: technical products, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food, FMCG, etc.

Strong data analysis skills:

o Excel (mandatory)

o Knowledge of Power Pivot, Power Query, Power BI is an advantage

Ability to work under high pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Good communication skills with strong negotiation and logical presentation abilities.

Preference for candidates with experience in import & distribution companies, especially in precious metals, FMCG, chemicals or pharmaceuticals.

Good command of English.
