Description
- Support control health checks and ensure timely completion of audit milestones.
- Review Control Navigator, Risk Register, and key operational control processes crossfunctionally.
- Oversee policy compliance assessments, identify gaps, and drive remediation plans.
- Lead risk & controls culture assessments, including interviews and reporting.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of audit evidence and documentation.
- Prepare audit reports and management responses for leadership review.
- Develop and maintain financial processes, procedures, and policies aligned with Group standards and local regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial governance and process effectiveness.
- Define and perform system testing for SAP modules and VAT invoicing processes.
- Collaborate with multiple functions (Finance, Legal, HR, OPS, IT, CORA, Marketing) to deliver audit and compliance requirements.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial accounting, internal controls, or audit within a multinational FMCG or similar environment.
- Strong understanding of internal control frameworks, risk management, and compliance.
- Proficient in SAP and advanced Excel.
- Strong analytical, problemsolving, documentation, and communication skills.
- Effective stakeholder management and ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure
