Technical Lead

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support.

Design, develop, and implement complex software solutions using Backend, frontend technologies (React, Angular, Vue), Python, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).

Leverage your cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, Google Architect) to architect and implement scalable, reliable, and cost-effective cloud solutions.

Explore and implement AI/ML techniques to enhance software solutions and improve business outcomes.

Collaborate with stakeholders, manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.

Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages innovation and continuous learning.

Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in technology and industry trends.

Mentor and develop junior team members to help them grow professionally

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Information Technology or a related field.

Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Technical Leader or Team Leader.

Proficiency in PHP (Laravel) or Java (Spring) or .Net (C#)

Experience with Frontend technologies (React, Angular, Vue), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).

Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Experience with Agile/Scrum projects.

Ability to participate in coding and code reviews.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to lead and motivate teams.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Experience working with Japanese customers is a plus.

Good in English for daily communication with clients.

Nice to have:

Cloud Certifications: AWS, Azure, Google

Japanese language proficiency (N3 or higher) is a plus
