Description
Portfolio Governance & Operating Model:
- Manage end-to-end portfolio governance rhythm (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
- Lead process execution and improvement across all initiatives
- Define and enforce portfolio operating standards
- Ensure alignment with Strategy teams
Tools, Automation & Systems:
- Lead refinement of tools, templates, and portfolio systems
- Identify and implement automation and AI-enabled improvements
- Ensure all teams adopt and comply with the PMO systems
- Portfolio Performance & Insights:
- Own portfolio dashboards, performance tracking, and data integrity
- Identify trends, risks, cross-functional impacts, and prioritization needs
- Provide insights and recommendations—not just reporting
- Develop early-warning systems that highlight deviations before they become issues
Leadership Engagement:
- Prepare and present portfolio updates for STEERCO, CEO
- Facilitate leadership meetings, ensuring clarity in decisions, follow-ups, and ownership
- Manage communication flow between leadership and initiative teams
Team Enablement & Cross-Functional Alignment:
- Coach initiative teams on PMO processes and quality expectations
- Resolve cross-unit coordination issues
- Lead onboarding of new initiatives
- Support training on PMO tools and dashboards
Requirement
Required Experience :
- 5-7 years in PMO, project/program management, or transformation roles
- Experience managing reporting for senior executives
- Strong understanding of portfolio-level metrics and governance
- Experience with both Waterfall and Agile at scale
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, or related
- PMP/PgMP/PMO certifications preferred
- English proficiency
