Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Work closely with planning, Procurement and Production to ensure materials, consumables, spare parts and machinery are in-line with the needs.
- Lead team and co-ordinate with other departments to follow the import and export procedure, compliance with Customs law.
- The process is documented clearly, and documents record be kept compliance with Company policy.
- Ensure actual import and export match with plan.
- Be regularly updated and clearly understanding any new circulars/information related to Customs matters.
- Review customs inventory, analyze root causes of variances and reduce discrepancies in Customs Finalization Report.
- Work with forwarders to ensure that all inbound and outbound shipments are done efficiently with cost-effective.
- Ensure your team is staffed, motivated, inspired, engaged and empowered to deliver a high and sustainable performance level in an ever-changing environment at a cost level the organization can sustain and reflects market realities
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree, a major related to trading, logistics is a plus
- 2+ years of relevant experience of Imp-Exp operations in manufacturing company.
- Managerial/leadership experience is a plus.
- Having practical experience in international trade, logistics, customs regulations, and supply chain management is highly valued.
- Working experience for EPE is a must
Skills
- Strong understanding of customs procedures, international shipping, and trade compliance.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Have integrity, is independent, self-motivated, accurate and able to lead and manage a team of accounts assistants.
- Have effective oral and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese and good interpersonal skills.
- Good working knowledge of standard computer software, MS Office and ERP system.
- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Works in standard office/manufacturing environment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to use a computer, keyboard, mouse and office equipment.
