We are supporting a leading multinational manufacturer in appointing a senior finance leader to oversee tax, accounting, and compliance across its Vietnam operations.
This role serves as the key finance authority locally, ensuring strong governance, regulatory compliance, and alignment with group standards, while acting as the primary interface with HQ, auditors, and tax authorities.
Scope Highlights
- Full ownership of accounting, reporting, and statutory compliance
- End-to-end tax management (VAT, CIT, PIT) and audit handling
- Internal controls, risk management, and governance oversight
- Close coordination with HQ on policies and transformation initiatives
- Leadership of local finance team
Candidate Profile
- Open to commute to Binh Duong (Shuttle Bus provided)
- Solid experience in FDI/manufacturing environments
- Strong understanding of the Vietnam tax and regulatory framework
- Proven track record working with tax authorities and external auditors
- Open to expatriates, with Chinese (Mandarin) proficiency required for HQ interaction
- Ability to operate independently at a senior level
