Senior Accountant

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Accountant based in Quận 3. The Senior Accountant will oversee financial operations, prepare and analyze financial statements, and ensure compliance with local accounting standards and laws. The position involves reconciling accounts, managing budgets, monitoring expenditures, and providing financial insights for decision-making. The Senior Accountant will also participate in year-end audits, implement financial controls, and support internal reporting processes.

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budget management, and accounting principles
• Proficiency in financial software, spreadsheets, and statistical analysis tools
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and prioritize tasks independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is preferred
• Proven experience in accounting, finance, or auditing roles, ideally in the construction or related industry
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese accounting standards (VAS) and tax regulations
