JOB SUMMARY
As part of the Talent Management team, Talent and Learning Partner will design and implement development programs created to meet the leadership development needs of first-level supervisors, managers, and senior leaders across the organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Translate business needs into high-impact learning that builds leadership and management capability
Analyze leadership assessment data to identify and prioritize gaps
Design, develop, and implement leadership development and high-potential programs for leaders that result in positive behavior change for participants in leadership competencies
Manage delivery of training and implementation of development solutions such as assessment centers, action learning programs, and custom education programs
Facilitate training, education and / or experiential learning programs
Evaluate and demonstrate ROI/business impact of all leadership development and talent management programs
Partner with vendors to support leadership and talent management strategies
Create and analyze metrics to determine the impact of leadership development initiatives, and strength of Jabil's leader population
Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
Demonstrated ability to engage and maintain active executive sponsorship for formal leadership development solutions
Proven experience in needs assessment and analysis
Proven design experience that incorporates adult learning principles and results in innovative, engaging programs that lead to behavior change
Knowledge of best practices in developing leaders, and experience applying these best practices within organizations
Strong analytic and business partnering skills to evaluate learning needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Proficient in variety of training modes including web-based and blended approaches; proficiency in designing non-training solutions including experiential learning programs.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Competence in evaluation of leadership programs
Experience integrating competencies into organizational initiatives that build leadership capability
Excellent relationship building and influence skills
Ease working independently as well as collaboratively
Experience conducting learning and development initiatives globally, including Greater China, Asia and the Americas
Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and Powerpoint) and e-mail skills required.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree required. Masters Degree in a discipline such as industrial/organizational psychology, organizational development, management, or a related field preferred.
10 years work-related experience required, preferably in learning, leadership development, talent management or similar.
Minimum 5 years experience in the above disciplines required.
Strong English communication skills required.
Ability to speak Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
Or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience.
