Talent Acquisition Specialist (IT Recruiter, Good English)

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist specializing in IT Recruitment. The role involves managing the full life cycle of recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for technical roles. The specialist will collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify talent needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates
• 3+ years in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting across roles and levels
• Strong ability to build effective hiring strategies and manage end-to-end recruiting processes
• Outstanding communication skills, including fluency in English, to connect with candidates and stakeholders
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment data analytics
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Background or certification in human resources, business management, or related fields is a plus
• Knowledge of local and global IT job markets will be advantageous
