Senior Account Executive

Job Description

• Act as the main point of contact for clients in Influencer Marketing campaigns, handling day-to-day communication and problem-solving
• Receive and interpret client briefs, develop influencer campaign proposals, including KOL strategy, content direction, and execution plan
• Source, evaluate, and build relationships with KOLs/Influencers, agencies, and content creators
• Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns: from KOL selection, negotiation, contracting, content alignment to execution and reporting
• Coordinate closely with internal teams (content, creative, media) and external partners to ensure quality delivery and on-time execution
• Monitor campaign performance, track deliverables, and ensure alignment with agreed KPIs
• Prepare quotations, manage budgets, and control project financials to optimize cost efficiency
• Present proposals, campaign plans, and performance reports to clients
• Proactively identify trends, platforms, and influencer opportunities to enhance campaign effectiveness

Requirements

• 34 years of experience in Account Management, Influencer Marketing, or Digital Marketing
• Previous experience in an agency environment is highly preferred
• Hands-on experience working with KOLs/Influencers/TikTok creators
• Strong understanding of influencer campaign workflow (brief KOL sourcing negotiation content reporting)
• Excellent skills in proposal writing, presentation, and client communication
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Good sense of content, social trends, and storytelling
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
• Experience in mentoring or supporting junior team members is a plus
