About the Talent Acquisition Role

We are seeking dynamic, driven, and highly responsible teammates to join us. In this role, you will proactively source potential candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.); join full cycle recruitment. You will have the opportunity to contribute to building an international-standard HR system, strengthen your professional expertise, expand your global network, and develop a long-term career path in Human Resources.

Headcounts: 3 (Junior -> Middle)

Key Responsibility

  • Directly participate in the full recruitment process: sourcing candidates; receiving and evaluating applications, shortlisting profiles; organizing interviews, conducting comprehensive candidate assessments, and forwarding suitable candidates to clients with hiring needs.
  • Proactively source candidate profiles from various channels to fulfill the company's job orders.
  • Build and maintain a talent pool of potential candidates to quickly identify suitable profiles for the company's open positions and to support effective recruitment planning.
  • Analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the current recruitment process and propose new improvements.
  • Identify, maintain, and develop potential candidate sources for various positions to ensure a steady supply of qualified candidates that meet employers requirements and demands. Proactively search and add high-caliber candidate profiles from diverse sources into the company's database.

What you will bring

Mandatory Requirements:  

  • From 1- 3 years of experience in recruitment/ talent acquisition. (Junior - Middle)
  • Proficient in using various candidate sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, job websites, professional networks, etc.).
  • Experienced in building and maintaining a talent pool, community.
  • Strong ability to analyze recruitment needs, screen and evaluate applications/CV, and conduct in-depth screen calls/interviews.
  • Good understanding of the labor market in Vietnam and internationally, including benchmark salary ranges by industry and position.

Preferred Requirements (Bonus):  

  • Good English (both written and spoken) 
  • Prior experience working at headhunting firms (or executive search/recruitment agencies specializing in headhunting).

What you can expect

  • Salary: Upto 20M/month
  • Bonus: based on your performance 
  • Only 1 month probationary period, 85% salary. Lunch allowance after signing the labor contract (700.000 VNĐ/month)
  • Bonuses on holidays, Tet.
  • Entitled to company benefits and legal welfare policies.
  • Lunch and parking allowances are provided.

Office: 27 Le Van Luong, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi

Working time: 8:30 - 17:30, Monday to Friday, 2 Saturdays per month. (8:30 - 16:30)
