Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Execute recruitment plans in line with assigned targets and timelines.
  • Source and attract candidates through job service partners, headhunters, media channels, job centers, and universities/colleges.
  • Receive, screen, shortlist candidate profiles and coordinate interview schedules.
  • Conduct initial (screening) interviews.
  • Prepare recruitment and work reports as required.
  • Take full responsibility for recruiting Team Leaderlevel positions and above, as well as other assigned roles.
  • Conduct background and employment reference checks prior to onboarding.
  • Deliver onboarding and orientation training for new employees.
  • Monitor probation periods and remind department heads to complete probation evaluations.
  • Participate in developing recruitment tools and candidate assessment methods.
  • Support employer branding activities and talent attraction programs.
  • Organize and participate in HR events such as job fairs and partnership programs.
  • Contribute to HR administration, workforce planning, and HR strategy development.
  • Participate in developing HR policies, recruitment procedures, templates, and job descriptions.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Major: Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Foreign Languages, or related fields
  • Experience: Minimum 35 years in a similar role
  • Preferred experience in: IT, Manufacturing, Consulting, Media, Construction, Finance, etc.
  • Personal qualities: proactive, enthusiastic, sharp-minded, adaptable, and professional demeanor

Location: Leman Luxury Apartments, Trng nh, phng 6, Qun 3, H Ch Minh

Salary: 700 - 900$
