JOB DESCRIPTION
- Execute recruitment plans in line with assigned targets and timelines.
- Source and attract candidates through job service partners, headhunters, media channels, job centers, and universities/colleges.
- Receive, screen, shortlist candidate profiles and coordinate interview schedules.
- Conduct initial (screening) interviews.
- Prepare recruitment and work reports as required.
- Take full responsibility for recruiting Team Leaderlevel positions and above, as well as other assigned roles.
- Conduct background and employment reference checks prior to onboarding.
- Deliver onboarding and orientation training for new employees.
- Monitor probation periods and remind department heads to complete probation evaluations.
- Participate in developing recruitment tools and candidate assessment methods.
- Support employer branding activities and talent attraction programs.
- Organize and participate in HR events such as job fairs and partnership programs.
- Contribute to HR administration, workforce planning, and HR strategy development.
- Participate in developing HR policies, recruitment procedures, templates, and job descriptions.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher
- Major: Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Foreign Languages, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 35 years in a similar role
- Preferred experience in: IT, Manufacturing, Consulting, Media, Construction, Finance, etc.
- Personal qualities: proactive, enthusiastic, sharp-minded, adaptable, and professional demeanor
