This is a full-time, on-site position for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Nhơn Trạch district. The role involves managing the full-cycle recruitment process to meet the company's talent acquisition needs. The specialist will focus on sourcing and hiring qualified candidates, executing employer branding strategies, conducting candidate interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to improve recruitment effectiveness.

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting
• Experience in Hiring and Interviewing processes
• Ability to develop and implement Employer Branding strategies
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to meet hiring targets in a timely manner
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in talent acquisition within the food industry is highly desirable
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
