This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nhơn Trạch District for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will manage the full-life cycle recruiting process, including job postings, sourcing, and hiring. Responsibilities include screening and interviewing candidates, developing employer branding strategies, and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience for both candidates and internal teams. Collaborating with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensuring compliance with recruitment policies will also form a significant part of your daily tasks.

• Experience with Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes
• Strong skills in Interviewing and selecting the best candidates for various roles
• Knowledge of Employer Branding and strategies to promote the company's visibility as an attractive workplace
• Ability to build effective Hiring strategies that support organizational goals
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and other recruitment tools
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Understanding of labor laws and recruitment-related policies is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
