Role Description
- Support end-to-end recruitment process for internal IT hiring needs (back-end, front-end, full-stack, QA, DevOps, etc.).
- Source and attract candidates through job sites, social media, internal database, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and assess candidates basic technical knowledge (frontend/backend), skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and Hiring Managers.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Update recruitment reports and maintain candidate pipelines.
- Collaborate with HR team to support onboarding activities for new employees.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in internal IT recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Basic understanding of IT roles, especially back-end and front-end development.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- English proficiency is a plus (for sourcing and communicating with potential candidates).

Working time:
Monday - Friday: 8 Hours per day. Flexible check-in.
