Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Lead IT Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end recruitment for technical roles within our fast-paced IT outsourcing environment. This role focuses primarily on IT hiring (Back-end, Front-end, DevOps, Data Engineering, Designer, Artist, Designer, etc.), with additional contributions to employee engagement and HR analytics. The ideal candidate will also have the opportunity to build and lead a Talent Acquisition (TA) team and contribute to building a high-performing TA team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Recruitment (70%)
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle for 15–25 technical roles across multiple departments (BE, FE, DE, Devops, PM, Designer..).
- Partner with hiring managers to develop clear job descriptions and ideal candidate profiles.
- Source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, ATS, job boards, and referral networks.
- Conduct pre-screenings and collaborate with technical leads on in-depth technical interviews.
- Manage offer negotiations and ensure a positive candidate experience from start to finish.
- Maintain a time-to-hire of 30–45 days on average, without compromising candidate quality.
2. Employee Engagement & Onboarding (10%)
- Support the design and rollout of engagement initiatives to boost morale and team culture.
- Assist with onboarding programs and first-day readiness to ensure seamless integration for new hires.
3. HR Technology & Analytics (20%)
- Utilize data and insights to optimize recruitment workflows and improve hiring decisions.
- Monitor and report on TA KPIs, metrics
4. Team Development
- Build and manage a small Talent Acquisition team (1-2 direct reports).
- Mentor and coach team members to improve their recruitment skills and processes.
Recommended Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle IT recruitment (IT outsourcing, Fintech, or GameTech sectors preferred).
- Proven ability to source, attract, and close technical candidates across various functions, especially in High-level
- Proficiency in sourcing tools such as Linkedin, ATS platforms, and major job boards.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills—able to work well with hiring managers and technical teams.
- Experience conducting technical interviews and assessing candidate fit.
- Knowledge of employee engagement strategies and onboarding best practices
- Experience in leading or mentoring a team, ideally in a recruitment function.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (English is a plus).
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working with Game Development.
- Familiarity with HRIS, survey platforms, or employee engagement tools.
- Experience mentoring or training junior recruiters or coordinators.
- Data-driven mindset.
