Job Description

The ideal candidate will act as an employee champion and a leader of change. You will plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization's human resource function and performance.

Responsibilities

HR Strategy & Policy Development

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals covering talent acquisition, development, compensation, culture, and compliance.
  • Establish HR policies, procedures, and systems to ensure legal compliance, operational consistency, and cultural alignment.
  • Translate long-term workforce planning into actionable initiatives that support organizational scalability and agility.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Develop and manage talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates, including employer branding and recruitment channel optimization.
  • Oversee annual workforce planning and headcount budgeting aligned with business needs and growth targets.

Performance, Learning & Development

  • Implement performance management frameworks to drive accountability and results.
  • Design and oversee learning & development programs to enhance employee capabilities, leadership potential, and succession planning.
  • Champion coaching and mentoring culture across management levels.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Lead C&B strategy to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Regularly review market benchmarks to recommend adjustments or enhancements to reward programs.

Employee Relations & Culture

  • Foster a high-performance culture grounded in trust, collaboration, and feedback.
  • Design employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and wellness activities to improve morale and retention.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor on organizational design and change management.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain audit processes to minimize legal or reputational risk.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record in strategic HR leadership, especially in high-growth or transformation environments
  • Strong expertise in HR strategy, organizational development, talent management, and compliance
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Agile mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • English and Vietnamese - Excellent
