Responsibilities
HR Strategy & Policy Development
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals covering talent acquisition, development, compensation, culture, and compliance.
- Establish HR policies, procedures, and systems to ensure legal compliance, operational consistency, and cultural alignment.
- Translate long-term workforce planning into actionable initiatives that support organizational scalability and agility.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Develop and manage talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates, including employer branding and recruitment channel optimization.
- Oversee annual workforce planning and headcount budgeting aligned with business needs and growth targets.
Performance, Learning & Development
- Implement performance management frameworks to drive accountability and results.
- Design and oversee learning & development programs to enhance employee capabilities, leadership potential, and succession planning.
- Champion coaching and mentoring culture across management levels.
Compensation & Benefits
- Lead C&B strategy to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and cost-effectiveness.
- Regularly review market benchmarks to recommend adjustments or enhancements to reward programs.
Employee Relations & Culture
- Foster a high-performance culture grounded in trust, collaboration, and feedback.
- Design employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and wellness activities to improve morale and retention.
- Serve as a strategic advisor on organizational design and change management.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain audit processes to minimize legal or reputational risk.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record in strategic HR leadership, especially in high-growth or transformation environments
- Strong expertise in HR strategy, organizational development, talent management, and compliance
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Agile mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
