We are building a new cybersecurity team in Vietnam and are looking for the first member to join as a System Security Expert. This is a hands-on Red Team role, not your typical vulnerability scanning position.

You will work directly on malware analysis, custom exploit development, and adversarial simulations, ideally suited for someone from antivirus, malware research, or cyber defense companies in Vietnam (e.g. Kaspersky, Bkav, Coc Coc Security, Avast).

You will lead offensive security operations, including malware development, red teaming, and exploit testing to strengthen defensive capabilities. Ideal candidates are experts in malware behaviour and evasion techniques and have hands-on experience in the simulation of real-world cyberattacks.

• Build and maintain red teaming tools and frameworks
• Simulate advanced attack scenarios to test defenses
• Develop and analyse malware, payloads, and post-exploitation tactics
• Execute network, web, and social engineering attacks
• Document findings and continuously update threat knowledge
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cybersecurity integration.

• 4+ years of Red Team or Offensive Security experience
• Proficiency in systems programming (C/C++, Rust, Go, or Assembly)
• Deep knowledge of malware evasion, Windows/Linux internals, and exploit chains
• Experience with tools like Cobalt Strike, Sliver, or custom-built payloads
• Strong understanding of MITRE ATT&CK, AV/EDR evasion, and memory manipulation
• Ability to work independently in fast-moving environments
• Fluent English communication skills.

• Experience with malware reverse engineering
• Background in Fully Undetectable (FUD) malware development
• Contributions to open-source security tools
• Certifications such as OSED, OSCE, CRTO, GPEN
• Familiarity with x86/x64 assembly and debugging.
