KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and improve decision engine infrastructure for underwriting in both production and testing environment
- Optimize and simplify decision engine settings, building quick and easy-to-evaluate Underwriting decision
- Improve/optimize processes to streamline testing and deployment tasks. Reducing manual effort and speed up implementation to adapt quickly to business strategies
- Working closely with cross functional team, building new solutions/integration, testing and deploy relevant decision strategies, supporting product strategies from organizational perspective
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Good knowledge of SQL and at least 1 more programming language like Python, Java, R,Matlab, etc.
- Responsible team player with proactive approach and good analytical/critical thinking
- Detail-oriented person
- Experience in Underwriting or Risk management is a big plus
