Supply Chain Manager

Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site managerial role based in C Chi, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. As a Supply Chain Manager, you will oversee the following job responsibilities:

1. Planning:

Develop production plans for commercial orders and sample orders, including planning for raw material preparation, machinery and equipment, molds, printing cylinders, subcontractors, and lead times for procurement of raw materials/machinery/molds, compounding/pelletizing, subcontracting, auxiliary printing processes, packing, and shipping.

2. Procurement:

Handle procurement of machinery and equipment, raw materials, chemical additives, major infrastructure and supporting items, as well as auxiliary items such as stickers, packaging materials, cartons, etc.

3. Warehouse Management:

Manage the warehouse system for raw materials, semi-finished goods, finished goods, samples, tools and instruments, and consumables; coordinate with the Finance team to manage assets and machinery/equipment systems.

4. Logistics:

Coordinate and manage logistics procedures related to import shipments, export shipments, and domestic transportation.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3-year experience working in the production planning, supply chain management, logistics fields . Experience in the plastics and bioplastics industry is an advantage.

- Education background in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management, Logistics Management, or similar fields

- Learning attitude, integrity and accountability and team work mindset are desirable

- Ability to commute and work at the Factory in Cu Chi, Ho Chi Minh City daily (8AM - 5PM Monday to Saturday)
