Job Description:
Work scope:
- Support team SBS (Serviced by Shopee) in demand forecast and inbound planning. Manage a diverse portfolio of reputable brands
- Drive and achieve supply chain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including available-to-purchase, black stock, replenishment compliance, expiry, forecast accuracy, and warehouse efficiency.
Detailed tasks:
- Provide weekly buying quantity based on sales projection of individual Stock Keeping Units (SKUs) and warehouse locations for different activations (organic sales, platform-wide campaign, shop-level campaign)
- Provide analysis on the purchase of new products based on reference SKU performance and pricing
- Execute the buying approval process by providing the buying summary to secure approvals
- Execute the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) alongside key stakeholders to achieve the mentioned KPIs
- Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates from university or less than 1 year of demand/supply planning experience in a dynamic environment
- Familiarity with supply chain processes (e.g., inventory planning, retail management)
- Strong analytical skills and enjoy working with numbers
- Familiar with working in a fast-paced, agile environment with strong attention to detail
- Passionate, portraying a strong interest in joining the e-Commerce industry
- Good at the MS Office program and proficient in Excel
- Good communication skills and stakeholder management
- Can collaborate and work well within and with other teams.
