Studio Head & Operational (Unity Specialist) - Stealth Studio

We are a high-growth, boutique game production house with an established 30-person team in Ho Chi Minh City. We aren't looking for a branch manager. We are looking for an Anchor—a heavyweight operational leader with a Wrench-Turner soul to take full sovereignty over our local studio.

Our leadership travels globally; we need a partner on the ground who can translate high-level creative vision into a high-output production machine. You will own the culture, the tech stack, and the results.

Your goal is Technical and Operational Independence. You will lead the transition of complex Unity codebases from international partners and build a studio culture where we ship world-class content, across VR & Mobile, without needing daily intervention from HQ.

• Technical Sovereignty: Ingest and validate complex Unity codebases within 60 days, achieving full local build capability and technical autonomy.
• Unity Pipeline Excellence: Audit and optimize the local Unity pipeline, ensuring industry-standard version control, performance optimization, and build stability.
• Autonomous Delivery: Establish a Pod-based production rhythm that hits 100% of shipping milestones for our flagship titles.
• Talent Density: Audit our 30-person staff and leverage your network to ensure we are 90% A-Players within 6 months.
• The VR Bridge: While VR experience is a major plus, your deep Unity mastery will allow you to quickly adapt our team to VR-specific requirements.

• The Unity Veteran: 10+ years in game development with deep, hands-on Unity experience. You can read a codebase and spot technical debt instantly.
• The Battle-Tested Leader: 3-5+ years leading a studio or department of 30+ people in Vietnam. You know how to manage local talent and international expectations.
• The Systems Builder: You don't just attend meetings; you fix workflows. You know Jira, Github, and CI/CD inside out.

The A-Player: You have a track record of high-performance delivery and are comfortable providing references from your previous three supervisors.
