ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Project / Program Manager with Korean language proficiency & responsible for end‑to‑end planning, execution, and governance of enterprise projects, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards while acting as the primary interface with client stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own overall project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure in line with agreed scope, timelines, and budget.

• Act as the primary point of contact for the client on project‑related matters, including status reporting, risks, issues, and escalations.

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependency tracking.

• Coordinate cross‑functional delivery teams and manage resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

• Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks, issues, and change requests through defined governance and escalation mechanisms.

• Ensure compliance with agreed delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and quality standards.

• Facilitate regular project governance forums, status reviews, and steering committee updates as required.

• Manage project financials, including effort tracking, cost control, forecasting, and variance management.

• Ensure timely completion, review, and sign‑off of all project documentation and deliverables.

SKILLS:

• 10+ years of overall experience with demonstrated project management responsibility.

• Must‑have experience working as Project Manager on SAP S/4HANA implementation programs (end‑to‑end lifecycle)

• Strong experience in end‑to‑end project management across the full delivery lifecycle

• Proven stakeholder and client management capability and Experience working with distributed and cross‑functional teams

• Sound understanding of project governance, risk management, and delivery controls

• Working knowledge of Agile / Scrum and traditional project delivery methodologies

• Excellent communication, planning, coordination, and problem‑solving skills and Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English

• Experience working with Project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence)

• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) preferred
