Job Description:

Own the launch lifecycle: Be the project owner to scope projects, align stakeholders, drive execution, and lead post-launch reviews.
Translate strategy into action: Convert business requirements into a clear execution plan (playbooks, SOPs, system configurations, etc.).
Lead cross-functional collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, Ops, OPEX, Marketing, BD, and Customer Service teams, etc.) to ensure service launches are on time and on target
Set up scalable systems: Establish workflows and automation tools to enable rapid and repeatable launch processes
Pilot and iterate: Execute initial service pilots, collect feedback, and iterate on service model designs to ensure viability at scale
Track performance and report insights: Monitor KPIs post-launch, address implementation gaps, and continuously improve service delivery

Requirements:

6+ years of experience in e-logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce operations, preferably in a fast-scaling environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling effective influence across multiple levels and teams
Excellent analytical skills with hands-on experience in Excel, SQL, and BI tools
High tolerance for ambiguity and the ability to thrive under the pressure of an aggressive roadmap. You are as comfortable in a boardroom as you are on a warehouse floor
