Job Description:
ShopeeFood Vietnam is looking for a Manager / Assistant Manager for Executive Office (Strategic Operations) to partner closely with the VN ShopeeFood Country Head and the senior leadership team in driving strategic initiatives, cross-functional alignment, and company performance tracking.
This role is ideal for a professional with 8-10 years of experience in consulting, business operations, strategy, or project management, including experience in managing company-level metrics or KPIs.
- Lead end-to-end strategic initiatives across functions, from planning to execution for assigned projects.
- Implement governance frameworks, KPIs, and dashboards to track project progress and impact.
- Manage Country Head-level engagements with key partners, government agencies, and media representatives. Facilitate communication and alignment between Vietnam and regional/global stakeholders.
- Prepare executive briefs, speeches, and presentations for internal and external audiences.
- Represent the executive office when delegated, and drive stakeholder engagement strategies.
- Oversee executive-grade presentations, reports, and business reviews, ensuring alignment across teams.
- Lead internal communications and organize TownHalls, leadership workshops, and strategic off-sites.
Requirements:
- 6-10 years of experience in consulting, PMO, business operations, or strategy.
- Prior experience in fast-paced industries such as e-commerce, logistics, or supply chain is preferred.
- Experience managing company-level metrics, dashboards, resource planning, or operational performance indicators.
- Detail-oriented and process-oriented are required to ensure high accuracy and quality of work.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders. Ability to influence without authority across functions.
- Proactive, capable of working with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Vietnamese.
- Advance in office software (MS Office, Google Workspace, Figma, AI-related) and data processing is a plus.
