Job Description:

  • Lead the Insight-to-Strategy Engine: Manage and elevate a high-performing team to generate deep insights on buyer behavior, market dynamics, and competitive shifts-translating data into sharp, actionable intelligence that fuels growth
  • Drive Strategy Development and Execution: Convert insights into strategic direction, owning key narratives around platform performance (e.g., buyer movement, e-commerce landscape change) and providing data-driven answers and recommendations to leadership
  • Partner with Senior Leadership on Business-Critical Initiatives: Work closely with C-level and regional leaders on long-term strategic priorities, while leading cross-functional PMO efforts that align stakeholders and drive high-impact execution across Shopee functions
  • Shape Cross-Functional and Cross-Entity Collaboration: Ensure market intelligence is embedded into business decisions across Product, Marketing, Operations, and beyond-championing a culture of insight-led thinking across all levels.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills able to derive insights from complex data sets
  • Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Clear communication skills - written, verbal, and presentation
  • 5+ years of professional experience consulting background is a plus
  • Leadership skill - Able to lead team, and develop skill of team member
