Job Description:
To serve as the critical execution bridge between strategy and implementation across all lending business operations, filling capability gaps within existing local teams.
This role focuses on translating directives into actionable results while establishing robust operational frameworks that drive lending performance and quality.
Strategic Execution & Implementation:
- Execute strategic initiatives across the entire lending value chain, ensuring seamless translation from concept to operational reality
- Fill functional gaps by providing expertise and capabilities missing in current local teams across credit, sales, collections, and operations
- Drive completion of high-priority lending business tasks and projects without delays or internal alignment bottlenecks
- Serve as the direct execution arm for management directives requiring immediate implementation
Lending Business Quality Leadership:
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance frameworks for all lending operations including origination, underwriting, disbursement, and collections
- Establish performance evaluation systems that provide real-time insights into lending business effectiveness
- Design and execute quality control processes that ensure consistency across the entire lending customer journey
- Create accountability mechanisms that drive performance improvements across credit risk, sales, and operational functions
Lending Business Excellence:
- Ensure consistent lending service delivery that meets portfolio quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability targets
- Implement continuous improvement methodologies that enhance lending efficiency, risk management, and customer experience
- Maintain regulatory compliance while driving lending business performance across all operational areas
- Build scalable lending systems and processes that support long-term business growth and market expansion
Performance Management & Analysis:
- Conduct systematic analysis of lending business metrics including portfolio quality, sales performance, collection effectiveness, and operational efficiency
- Provide regular performance assessments to senior management with clear recommendations for lending business improvements
- Identify operational inefficiencies across the lending process and implement corrective measures without requiring extensive approvals
- Monitor compliance with lending regulations, risk management standards, and internal quality benchmarks
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Problem-Solving:
- Work directly with credit, sales, collections, operations, and product teams to resolve lending business issues
- Coordinate resources and efforts across all lending functions to ensure unified execution of business initiatives
- Lead process improvement projects based on lending performance data and customer feedback
- Mentor and develop local team capabilities across all lending functions to achieve sustainable performance improvements
Requiremnts
- At least 5 years experiences in related role or position
- Strong background and experience in financial, banking, fintech, e-commerce
- Solid experience in data analysis and implementation, project management
- Good communication in English
- Logical thinking, problem solving
- Experiences in using various tools to manage report, making slides, powerpoint, project tracking
