We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Store Business Manager to take full ownership of our retail outlet. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the store's operational efficiency, revenue growth, and team development, while ensuring an exceptional luxury experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue & Financial Management
- Take full accountability for the store's Profit and Loss (P&L) statement.
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets to completion.
- Effectively implement and execute sales promotion programs and marketing campaigns.
2. People & Talent Development
- Support the onboarding, and training of high-performing retail staff.
- Provide continuous coaching, mentorship, and daily guidance to sales members.
- Monitor, evaluate, and manage team performance through regular KPI reviews.
3. Operational Excellence & Loss Prevention
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring proper visual merchandising and adherence to standard procedures.
- Manage inventory levels, optimize stock rotation, and minimize shrinkage/inventory loss.
- Maintain rigorous cost control and ensure the store passes all operational audits.
4. VIP Customer Relationship Management
- Personally manage, cultivate, and engage with high-net-worth (VIP) and large account clients.
- Resolve complex customer complaints efficiently to protect brand reputation.
- Implement strategies to increase customer retention and repeat purchase rates.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Your success will be measured by:
- Business: Store Revenue, Gross Profit, and Target Achievement Rate.
- Team: Employee Turnover Rate and Staff KPI Achievement Rate.
- Operations: Audit Scores and Inventory Shrinkage/Loss Rate.
- Customer: Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Customer Repeat Rate.
Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of solid experience in the Retail industry.
- At least 2 years in a team management or leadership capacity.
- Highly Preferred: Background in premium/luxury sectors, luxury retail, or high-end cosmetics.
