Location: District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organize all documents at Store
- Take full responsibility for managing store supplies (stationery, packaging, uniforms, etc.), ensuring timely restocking and minimizing shortages.
- Work with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of store programs, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Prepare reports by/for external and internal partners weekly/monthly as requested
- Supporting the store team with other administrative tasks
- Coordinate with related teams to solve ad hoc cases / issue in store related to maintenance, IT Devices, or external parties as requested
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure correct and timely execution of in-store displays, product placements, and promotional materials.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in a related role
- Preferably experienced in the retail industry.
- Strong analytical and administrative skills.
- Attention to detail, proactive at work, strong team player and strong organizational skills.
- English: Conversational level
- Advanced: Excel, Word, Google Workspace
- Able to utilize Excel for data processing and performance reporting.
