Job Description

Location: District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Organize all documents at Store
  • Take full responsibility for managing store supplies (stationery, packaging, uniforms, etc.), ensuring timely restocking and minimizing shortages.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of store programs, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Prepare reports by/for external and internal partners weekly/monthly as requested
  • Supporting the store team with other administrative tasks
  • Coordinate with related teams to solve ad hoc cases / issue in store related to maintenance, IT Devices, or external parties as requested
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure correct and timely execution of in-store displays, product placements, and promotional materials.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in a related role
  • Preferably experienced in the retail industry.
  • Strong analytical and administrative skills.
  • Attention to detail, proactive at work, strong team player and strong organizational skills.
  • English: Conversational level
  • Advanced: Excel, Word, Google Workspace
  • Able to utilize Excel for data processing and performance reporting.
