Fonecyc, established in 2015, provides end-to-end e-commerce solutions including online/offline sales and after-sales services for leading global brands. The company operates across multiple countries, supporting brands such as Realme and TP-Link in building scalable and sustainable e-commerce businesses.
Role Objective
Own and drive the full e-commerce business performance across platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia...). Lead strategy, execution, and optimization to maximize GMV, profitability, and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Ownership & Strategy
- Own P&L across all e-commerce platforms
- Develop and execute annual / quarterly business strategy aligned with brand objectives
- Identify growth opportunities across channels, categories, and campaigns
- Lead expansion into new platforms or markets if applicable
2. Sales Planning & Forecasting
- Build top-down and bottom-up sales forecasts
- Design SKU-level strategy (hero products, margin drivers, traffic drivers)
- Align inventory planning with demand forecasting and campaign calendar
- Optimize sell-through rate, inventory turnover, and stock health
3. Performance Marketing & Traffic Strategy
- Lead full-funnel strategy: traffic → conversion → retention
- Optimize paid channels (TikTok Ads, Shopee Ads, Lazada Ads) with clear ROI targets
- Manage budget allocation based on ROAS / ACOS / contribution margin
- Collaborate with platform KAMs for campaign visibility and traffic boosts
4. Conversion & Store Optimization
- Own key metrics: CR, AOV, LTV, margin
- Optimize product pages (content, pricing, bundles, reviews, UX)
- Implement CRO strategies based on data (A/B testing, funnel analysis)
- Improve customer journey and post-purchase experience
5. Campaign & Promotion Leadership
- Plan and execute major campaigns (Mega Day, Brand Day, Launch)
- Design promotion mechanics: bundle, voucher, pricing strategy
- Evaluate campaign performance and continuously optimize
6. Data & Reporting
- Build and manage dashboards for:
- GMV, Net Revenue
- ROAS / ACOS
- CR, AOV
- Margin & contribution profit
- Inventory turnover
- Translate data into actionable insights and strategy adjustments
7. Cross-functional Management
- Work closely with brand, supply chain, Design and customer service teams
- Coordinate with external partners (platform reps, agencies, KOLs)
Requirements
- At least 5+ years in e-commerce, with at least 2–3 years in leadership role
- Strong experience across TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada (multi-platform)
- Experience in 3C / Consumer Electronics is highly preferred
- Proven track record in scaling GMV and profitability
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making
- Deep understanding of platform mechanics, ads system, and algorithm
- Fluent in English (Vietnamese required; Chinese is a plus)
- Strategic thinking + strong execution capability

Working Time
Monday – Friday: 9:00 – 18:30
2 Saturdays/month
