Program structure
Applicants hired under the SPX Future Leaders Program 2026 form a key pipeline of Operations leaders.
Your 24-month journey includes:
- 4 structured rotations (Operations + 1 Office rotation)
- Progressive responsibility from individual contributor to team leadership
- Regular performance reviews and end-of-rotation presentations
- Mentorship and coaching from senior leaders
Principal duties and responsibilities
During the program, you will:
- Take ownership of daily operations and performance in assigned teams
- Analyze operational data to identify issues and propose improvements
- Lead or support initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to solve operational challenges
- Communicate clearly with team members, supervisors, and stakeholders
- Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in fast-paced, on-ground environments
- Continuously learn and apply best practices in logistics operations
After the 24 months
The program provides accelerated development into Operations leadership roles.
Successful graduates will:
- Be assigned to a permanent supervisory/managerial role in Operations
- Continue progressing toward higher leadership positions within SPX

Round 5: Final Interview with Business Leaders / People Head
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related fields
- Fresh graduates or a maximum of 2 years of working experience
- Strong resilience and willingness to work in on-site Operations environments (Hubs, SOC, etc.)
- Strong communication skills (clear, structured verbal and written communication in English)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and adapt quickly
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams
