Job Description

Job Description:

  • Own SPX's SEO strategy to improve organic search rankings, website visibility, and qualified organic traffic. Develop SEO roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on business impact and traffic potential.
  • Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and work closely with technical teams to resolve indexing, structured data, site architecture, duplicate content, and other technical issues.
  • Perform keyword research and identify high-impact organic growth opportunities across different user journeys and service categories.
  • Optimize on-page SEO, internal linking structure, metadata, landing pages, and content architecture to maximize search performance.
  • Track, analyze, and report SEO performance using Google Search Console, GA4, Looker Studio, and other analytics platforms.
  • Stay updated with Google algorithm changes, emerging SEO trends, and industry best practices, continuously recommending improvements.
  • Collaborate with Performance Marketing, CRM, Product, and Business teams to maximize overall acquisition efficiency through integrated marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in SEO with proven success in improving organic traffic, search rankings and SEO performance for medium to large-scale websites
  • Experience in using SEO and website analytics tools like Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, ahrefs.com, and Google Analytics
  • Experience optimizing other OM channels (branding campaigns, lead generation campaigns, display ads, etc), is a plus.
  • Experience working in logistics, ecommerce, marketplaces, or high-traffic consumer internet businesses is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and project management skills, with experience working cross-functionally alongside Product and Engineering teams.
  • Good team player, positive attitude, and eager to learn in a fast-paced industry.
