You support our team as Specialist Inside Sales

Specialist Inside Sales Vietnam

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential clients via CRM, social media, and referrals; issue product samples per approval protocols.
  • Conduct high-volume outreach and product presentations; manage inquiries, objections, and complaints professionally.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and distributors; provide timely follow-ups on offers and services.
  • Achieve sales targets; track key metrics and prepare sales reports and forecasts.
  • Coordinate with marketing on lead generation and support handovers with external sales reps.
  • Handle quotations, SAP order entries, CRM updates, and general office administration.
  • Support company events and ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration or a relevant qualification, with at least five years of experience in inside sales or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of commercial tasks such as price quotations, negotiations, and distributor relationship management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Chinese, and Vietnamese.
  • Familiarity with channel sales strategies, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools.
  • Experience with AI-driven tools and predictive analytics to support sales activities.
  • Knowledge of sustainability principles and ability to position eco-friendly solutions effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, problem-solving ability, adaptability, creativity, and data literacy.
