Job Description

EDUCATION

  • Police, Law, Finance, Economy, IT.

A bachelor's degree in criminal justice, criminology, law enforcement, or a related field is often required. Advanced degrees or specialized certifications can be advantageous.

PROFESSIONAL / TRADE QUALIFICATION

  • Telephone skill.

Certifications from recognized institutions, such as Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Financial Crime Specialist (CFCS), or equivalent, can enhance credibility and expertise.

EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in communicating with stakeholders online, including colleagues, management, and clients.
  • Skills in interviewing witnesses, victims, and involved parties online to gather information.
  • Relevant Experience: Prior experience in law enforcement, private investigation, fraud examination, or a related field is typically required. Experience in specific industries (e.g., insurance, finance) can be beneficial.

Legal Knowledge: Thorough understanding of legal principles, regulations, and ethical standards related to investigations.

COMPETENCIES

  • Ability to use online tools and communication software such as email, chat, and video conferencing.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assess complex situations, analyze data, and draw accurate conclusions.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure that no piece of evidence or information is overlooked.

Research Skills: Strong research skills to gather and verify information from various sources.
