We are seeking a high-potential Assistant to Chairman / CEO who will work directly with leadership on strategic priorities and execution. This is not a routine assistant role. It is a leadership development position designed for candidates with the potential to become a future COO.

Role Description

You will serve as the right hand to the Chairman / CEO, helping translate vision into action across multiple businesses. You will gain direct exposure to strategy, finance, hiring, operations, partnerships, and special projects.

This role is ideal for someone highly capable, ambitious, organized, commercially minded, and ready for rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Office

  • Manage Chairman / CEO priorities, schedules, follow-ups, and strategic agenda
  • Prepare briefs, reports, presentations, meeting notes, and action trackers
  • Ensure decisions are executed quickly and accurately

Business Operations

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple companies
  • Improve internal systems, reporting, workflows, and accountability
  • Track KPIs, budgets, timelines, and business performance

Strategic Projects

  • Support expansion into new ventures, markets, or partnerships
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business modelling
  • Lead special projects directly assigned by Chairman / CEO

Leadership Development

  • Gradually take ownership of operational functions
  • Build management capability toward future COO responsibilities 

Candidate Profile

Required

  • Strong academic background in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, or related fields
  • 3+ years experience in consulting, finance, operations, CEO office, or fast-growth companies
  • Excellent communication in Vietnamese and English
  • Strong problem-solving ability and commercial thinking
  • Highly organized, discreet, reliable, fast learner 

Preferred

  • Background from consulting firms, Big 4, startups, or multinational companies
  • Experience managing teams or projects
  • Strong Excel / PowerPoint / AI tools capability

Career Path

Year 1: Assistant to Chairman / CEO

Year 2–3: Chief of Staff / Head of Operations

Year 3–5: COO of a business unit or Lazi Group platform company
