SCOPE OF POSITION
. To assist Senior Spa Supervisor and above in responsible for maintaining and growing the success of the business. He/she directs and coordinates activities of the organization in accordance with identified company goals to obtainoptimum efficiency, economy of operations, and maximize profits by performing the followingduties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
. To assist to plans, develops and implements organization policies and goals of the Spa. Meeting the budget andfinancial goals of the business.
. To assist to direct and coordinate promotion of Spa products or services performed to develop new markets, increase share of market, and obtain competitive position in industry.
. Coaching Spa attendants to achieve service and retail goals, follow protocols and procedures, and exceed guest expectations. Perform retail and service sales.
. Confers with administrative personnel and reviews activity, operating, and sales reports to determine changes in programs or operations required.
. Provide excellent customer service and monitor guest feedback. Follow up on guest comments and requests.
. Prepare spreadsheets and updating of spa software for all staff schedules. Oversight of facility scheduling and efficient reservation booking.
. Perform phone and front desk reservations.
. Assist with lifting and storing facility equipment and inventory.
. Facilitates monthly meeting with Controller to evaluate job costing and project management productivity. Maintain and coordinate equipment and facility maintenance. Inventory ordering, stocking and control.
. Assist to promotes organization in industry, corporate membership links, local community, or trade organizations internal marketing, promotions and merchandising functions of the business.
. Maintains a commitment to the company vision and the spirit of the organization.
. Coordinate regularly scheduled training activities.
Other duties upon assigned by supervision managers.
. Graduated from Vocational/College/University, preferably in Hospitality major or related field.
. Relevant experiences or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experiences, preferably experience in international 4-5 star hotel/resort.
. Excellent service oriented mind
. Guest Complaint handling skill
. A clear command of oral English
. Computer literacy
. Spa Therapist with good background could be considered to interview.
. 05 working days or 40 hrs per week.
