Spa Therapist

. Directly welcome and advise Spa services for guests

. Record in logbook or customer service booking system

. Directly provide services to customers such as: basic and intensive facial care, body care, massage... in accordance with hotel procedures/standards.

. Advise customers about therapeutic products

. Maintain good relationships with customers

. Ensure treatment rooms are kept clean and tidy in accordance with the Spa's checklist and health and safety standards.

. Clean and prepare beds and rooms before and after use by guests and ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms at all times.

. Attend continuous training courses inside and outside the Spa.

. Details discussed during the interview process.

. Candidates have at least 1-2 years of experience as a spa technician at spas, hotels, and resorts.

. Priority is given to candidates with practicing certificates

. Good communication skills and customer interaction skills

. English communication is an advantage

. 05 working days or 40 hrs per week.

. Social - Health Insurance per labor law.

. Pre-Opening Allowance ( when open, Service charge Bonus will apply )

. Meal Allowance on duty (03 meals per day if stay at staffhouse).
