Job Description

Position Summary

The Therapist/ Hair stylist/ Manicure is responsible for performing hand and foot nail care treatments, nail shaping, arm hand and foot massage, as well as related retail product recommendations. All responsibilities are to be performed in accordance with departmental and company policies, practices and procedures, as well as within the framework and intent of the Vision of The Grand Ho Tram.

Responsibilities

• Follow the established guidelines for nail care and services adhering strictly to the Spa Standards, Protocols, Policies and Procedures.

• Must provide a detailed explanation of all treatment techniques to be used on guest, as well as be comfortable discussing and assessing guests requirements and concerns, and anticipating guests needs. Provide any additional details or services to go above and beyond the guests expectations.

• Must maintain working knowledge of the following tools and equipment: paraffin heater, cuticle nippers, pushers, emery and buffers, hot oil manicure heater, electric mitts, sanitizing equipment, etc.

• Must maintain working knowledge of the following tools and equipment: cissor, clipper, hair style equipment, blow dryer, steam machine, hair salon machin, etc.

• Must maintain a medical facility grade of cleanliness in the treatment area at all times, practicing all sanitation and safety guidelines as required by any applicable regulations and by the Policies & Procedures.

Job Requirement

• Therapists Certificate is required regarding to Vietnamese Law for Spa Business.
