Job Description:
1. Strategic Sourcing
- Execute and improve procurement processes (vendor sourcing, evaluation, selection, contracting, purchasing, and payments) to drive sustainable and effective business growth.
- Ensure all agreed procurement terms and conditions (delivery schedules, payment terms, etc.) are strictly maintained.
- Guarantee that services and products procured align accurately with business requirements in both quantity and quality.
2. Supplier & Vendor Relationship Management
- Maintain regular, effective communication with all suppliers.
- Proactively collaborate with suppliers to build long-term strategic partnerships that yield mutual benefits and support sustainable growth.
- Preserve a favorable company image by conducting business ethically, fairly, and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships.
- Provide input for evaluating supplier performance via audits and KPIs, recommending supplier ratings in alignment with Procurement policies and processes.
3. Category Management
- Develop long-term sourcing strategies for procurement categories aligned with company and supply chain goals to optimize total group spend.
- Partner with the Procurement Strategy & Planning team to analyze future requirements, market trends, and supplier capabilities to identify sourcing opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Analyze market data, consumer insights, and competitor activities to drive informed decisions regarding product selection, assortment, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 03 years in a senior procurement role.
- Preferred: Experience in Warehouse Procurement or supply chain operations within multinational companies is a plus.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to liaise with internal/external stakeholders and win hearts & minds while consistently delivering on targets.
- Analytical & Business Acumen: Strong business analytics, analytical thinking, and presentation skills.
- Execution & Leadership: Proficiency in negotiation, problem-solving, decision-making, and project management.
- Highly motivated with a strong desire to learn and adapt continuously.
- High attention to detail with the proven ability to multitask effectively.
