Execute and improve procurement processes to support for further improvement on sustainable and effective business growth, including vendor sourcing, vendor assessment and selection, to contracting, purchasing and payments
Ensuring the procurement terms and conditions agreed with vendors (delivery terms, payment terms, etc.)
Ensure the procurement of services/products is correct in quantity and quality according to business's requirements
Supplier & Vendor relationship management
Maintain strong and regular communication with all suppliers
Proactively collaborate with suppliers to make them partnership together to develop strategy for long-term relationship and getting more benefits to support sustainable business growth.
Maintain satisfactory and mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers by conducting business in an ethical and fair manner to create and preserve a favorable company image
Provide inputs to evaluate supplier performance through audit & KPI and recommend potential supplier rating in accordance with Procurement policy & processes
Category management
Develop long-term sourcing strategy for procurement categories in line with company strategy and supply chain strategy to optimize total spend for the whole Group.
Proactively collaborate with the Procurement Strategy & Planning team to analyze all current and future requirements, market trends and suppliers capability to evaluate opportunities and risks for new sourcing.
Analyse market data, consumer insights and competitor activities to make informed decisions regarding product selection, assortment, pricing, promotions and inventory management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, International Trade, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, with significant experience in a senior procurement leadership role.
Proven experience in Warehouse Procurement or Supply Chain Operations within multinational organizations is highly preferred.
Ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders and win hearts & minds whilst delivering on hard targets
