Sourcing Associate (Facility Management) - SPX Express

Objectives

To assist and provide support on the facilities management to achieve fulfilment speed and maintain the operation sites across nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Scope of services: CAPEX investment, renovation/ maintenance of all facilities equipment and related services.
• Business Need Analysis: interact with cross-functional stakeholders to challenge and define final Business Requirements (Regulatory, Delivery, Quality, Service and Cost).
• Category profiling: Cover annual category spends, history Data Analytics, Supply market analysis and demand forecast to define cost saving opportunities.
• Strategic sourcing: Define Sourcing Strategies and in strict compliance with company, applicable laws, and ethical standards. Run local/ overseas sourcing/ RF-x/bid events and others as assigned, within authorized signature limits.
• Contract Management: Negotiating, contracting and monitoring contract execution to assure goods are supplied exactly, timely and in good quality.
• Supplier management: maintain/ build collaborative relationships with strategic suppliers. Define and build up new suppliers for alternative solutions.

• Degree in business administration, facility management, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 03 years of experience in Procurement, especially in Facility Management categories in the Logistics industry.
• Commercial and negotiation skills and ability to understand contracts.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Highly motivated with a desire to learn
• Attention to detail, the ability to multitask
• Good at problem solving and stakeholder management.
