Job Overview:We are looking for
Solutions Sales professionals (3+ years of experience) to support solution-oriented selling across TechX's portfolio, including Cloud, Data, SaaS Platforms, and Generative AI.
This role works closely with Sales Executives, Account Managers, and Directors to
shape opportunities, contribute to solution design, and position integrated solutions to customers.
This role is ideal for candidates who want to grow into strategic, solution-led selling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Discovery & Customer Understanding
- Support discovery sessions with customers to understand business challenges and needs.
- Work with Sales teams to identify opportunities where TechX solutions can deliver value.
- Engage both business and technical stakeholders (with guidance from senior members when needed).
- Solution Development & Positioning
- Contribute to designing solution approaches by combining TechX offerings (Cloud, Data, SaaS, GenAI).
- Work closely with PM/Technical teams to refine solution details.
- Translate technical concepts into clear, business-friendly value propositions.
- Deal Support & Execution
- Support solutioning for ongoing deals and key opportunities.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and client materials.
- Join client meetings, workshops, and presentations alongside Sales and senior team members.
- Collaboration & Learning
- Collaborate closely with Sales Executives, Account Managers, and Technical teams.
- Learn structured solution selling and deal shaping from senior stakeholders.
- Continuously build knowledge in Cloud, SaaS, Data, and GenAI solutions.
Key Requirements:
Experience
- 35 years of experience in one of the following: B2B Sales (Tech/SaaS/Cloud) / Pre-sales / Technical Sales / IT Consulting / Business Analysis
Skills & Competencies
- Strong interest in solutions / consultative selling.
- Ability to understand business problems and connect them to technology solutions (at a high level).
- Good communication and presentation skills (comfortable with both business & basic technical discussions).
- Ability to work in a team and learn from senior stakeholders.
- Structured thinking and problem-solving mindset.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to grow.
