ABOUT THE JOB
Bid Support & Solution Design
- Lead technical solutioning for RFPs, ensuring feasibility, scalability, and cost-effectiveness within fixed-price engagements.
- Provide a one-stop architecture view across enterprise-scale technologies (applications, integration, cloud).
- Translate client needs into solution blueprints, technical approaches, and delivery models.
- Produce solution write-ups, architecture diagrams, and effort estimates for proposals.
Delivery Readiness & Governance
- Validate proposed solutions against delivery capabilities, risks, and assumptions.
- Define solution governance, quality standards, and technical risk mitigation strategies.
- Support delivery teams during mobilization and provide architecture oversight throughout execution.
Client & Industry Alignment
- Participate in client workshops to validate requirements and influence solution direction.
- Apply domain knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
- BFSI: insurance platforms, policy administration, claims, digital customer journeys, payments, compliance.
- Enterprise Applications: HR/Finance transformation (Workday, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Digital Transformation: customer experience, omnichannel, automation, data-driven initiatives.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor during pre-sales, delivery, and escalations.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor&aposs Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
- From 7 - 10 years in software development/architecture, with at least 5 years as Solution Architect.
- Strong experience across enterprise-scale solution stacks (applications, integration, and cloud).
- Proven exposure to one or more domains: BFSI, Enterprise Applications, Digital Transformation.
- Proven experience in bidding processes (RFP responses, solution write-ups, estimation, client workshops).
- Track record of successful fixed-price project solutioning & delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and coach technical teams, fostering best practices in architecture, design, and delivery.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
