Define communication strategy and develop content plans which are consistent with the brand identity, ShopeeFood campaigns to engage with user
Proactively spot trends, research new methods, new social media channels to apply for social platforms.
Plan, execute, track & optimize Social Media performance ads across ShopeeFood platforms (Meta ads, TikTok ads, Youtube ads). Provide recommendations to improve long-term marketing performance.
Using analytical tools such as Social listening tool, Platform Insights (Meta, Tiktok, etc.) to monitor & evaluate the effectiveness of channels, contents and ensure performance.
Working closely with a diverse team of marketers, designers, and business developers in a fast-paced environment to execute relevant tasks & ongoing projects.
Leverage AI tools to support content creation, Design briefs, campaign reports, and data-driven insights.
Do other tasks assigned by the line manager
Requirements
Graduated from University and have at least 3 years of experience in developing Social Media platforms/building up social communities/ performance marketing
Creative, proactive in updating trends and knowledge in social media, influencers & social networking.
Strong logical and critical thinking, problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and deep understanding of social media management.
Data & Performance driven. Capable of analyzing & driving good insights from data is a plus
Good at using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Having a basic mindset of design, the ability to use Picture/Video Editing Softwares is a plus
Familiar with Food Delivery or E-commerce
Good command of English in Reading, Writing & Speaking
