Job Description

Job Description:

  • Manage and coordinate all Case and Issue resolution.
  • Provide direct support for Rework and Return processes at SOCE, intervening proactively in case of issues or assistance is needed.
  • Monitor operational issues and track performance metrics.
  • Prepare reports and perform data analysis on operational findings.

Requirements:

  • Good communication to other team
  • Analytical ability - critical and logical thinking and optimization.
  • Strong working knowledge of Spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
  • Proven working experience in project management
  • Multitasking and prioritizing skills.
  • Work with timeline and extra long working hours during campaign
