- Gim st cng trng / Site Supervision
- Kim tra an ton v cht lng theo tiu chun v quy nh ca khch hng v a phng / Quality and safety control according to Client and local standards and regulation
- T chc cng vic v phi hp hng ngy vi nh thu / Works organization and day to day coordination with Contractors
- Kim tra v pht hnh danh mc sai phm / Commissioning and issuance of defects list
- Kim tra v theo di vic sa cha nhng sai phm / Control and follow up of the defects repair
- Xc tin cng nh kim sot qu trnh Vn hnh th v cc h s hon cng / Commissioning and hand-over procedures execution and control.
- Bo co ln Qun l xy dng v Qun l D n / Reporting to Construction and Project Manager
- Nhng cng vic khc c giao / Other duties as assigned
Job requirement:
- Tt nghip chuyn ngnh: K s xy dng / Graduated in: Construction Engineering
- C ti thiu 3 - 5 nm kinh nghim, c kinh nghim trong vic gim st cng trng/ Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience, experience in construction site supervision
- C Chng ch Gim st xy dng t hng II tr ln do B xy dng cp / Has Construction Supervision Certificate level II issued by the Ministry of Construction is required
- C kh nng s dng ting Anh l mt li th / Ability to use English is an advantage
