Job Description 

We are looking for a Shopee-savvy professional with e‑commerce operational expertise to drive our brand's growth on Shopee Vietnam. You will be responsible for store management, product listing, promotional campaigns, and user growth, playing a key role in building sustainable sales performance for our brand in the Vietnamese e‑commerce market. 

Key Responsibilities 

1. Independently manage daily Shopee store operations, including product listing, detail page optimization, promotional activity planning, and order processing support. 

2. Develop and execute advertising strategies on Shopee, utilizing platform tools to increase store traffic, conversion rate, and repurchase rate. 

3. Analyze sales data, user behavior, and competitor insights; produce regular operation reports and propose optimization plans. 

4. Coordinate with logistics, customer service, and supply chain teams to ensure accurate inventory, timely delivery, and positive after-sales experiences. 

5. Stay updated on platform policies and market trends; adjust operational strategies flexibly to improve store ratings and overall performance. 

Requirements 

1. Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills for professional use. 

2. At least 1 year of operational experience on Shopee, Lazada, or other Southeast Asian e‑commerce platforms; experience in cosmetics/personal care is a plus. 

3. Proficient in Shopee backend operations, advertising tools, platform campaigns, and basic data analysis. 

4. Strong execution skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced e‑commerce environment. 

5. Experience in cross‑team collaboration; good communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
