Job Description

Job Description:

  • Lead strategic programs to support top platform priorities - from conceptualisation and business case development to execution and performance tracking
  • Identify growth opportunities for Shopee Live and propose actionable, data-backed strategies to drive sales and improve performance metrics
  • Monitor campaign performance and sales trends, deriving key insights for future business planning and initiative design
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, key account managers) to align on objectives, ensure seamless delivery, and resolve operational bottlenecks
  • Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to enhance Shopee Live's positioning and inform go-to-market strategies
  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards, reports, and analytical models to track progress against KPIs and support data-driven decision-making
  • Prepare regular business reviews and communicate key findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders
  • Continuously improve internal processes and tools, driving efficiency and scalability in program execution and performance analytics

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Excellent project management capabilities and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills experience working cross-functionally is a plus
  • Prior experience in e-commerce, consulting, or program management is a bonus
