Analyze business pain points, leverage your technical understanding and creativity to propose innovative solutions that align with business objectives
Utilize your excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa
Facilitate discussions, workshops, and presentations to ensure clear understanding and alignment across teams
Collaborate with business users to test and roll out new features and enhancements, gather feedback and make necessary refinements
Deep dive into business metrics and operations to understand their objectives and technical opportunities to solve their problems
Develop and maintain the product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and strategies. Prioritize features and initiatives based on business value and impact
Manage cross-functional projects that require technical solutions, ensure product roadmap aligns with project timelines and deliverables

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in Business Product Management, Project management, Logistics Operation management, Supply Chain management, and Business transformation is a plus
Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand the broader context and impact of technical solutions on business operations
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex problems and generate practical solutions
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across diverse teams
Strong technical understanding, allowing effective communication with engineering teams
Good team player with a positive attitude and a strong sense of integrity and responsibility
Must be able to work with tight deadlines and able to work with minimal guidance
Tech-savvy person who loves to experience new features and tools
